Shipping & Delivery Policy

Netsarthi IT Solutions primarily delivers digital services — websites, hosting, design files, marketing work and training. This policy explains how and when they are delivered.
1. Digital delivery
Design files, source code and account credentials are delivered by email or a secure download link to the address on your order.
2. Delivery timelines
Each product page states an estimated delivery time in working days. The clock starts from the date we receive both your advance payment and all required content.
3. Hosting and domains
Hosting accounts and domain registrations are usually activated the same working day. Domain propagation across the internet can take up to 24 hours.
4. Delays
If anything will be late, we tell you before the due date along with a revised timeline. Delays caused by missing content from your side extend the timeline by the same amount.
5. Physical items
Where a printed item is part of your order, we ship within 5–7 working days through a standard courier and share tracking details.
