Who we are
Netsarthi IT Solutions is a digital agency based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. We help small and medium businesses build a professional presence online — from a first website through to full e-commerce, hosting and digital marketing.
We are a registered MSME under the Government of India's Udyam scheme. Every project comes with pricing agreed in writing, real support after launch, and no jargon.
How we work
Most agencies sell you the biggest package they can. We would rather sell you the smallest thing that solves your problem, and earn the next project when your business grows into it. That is why our starter package exists, and why we will tell you honestly when you do not need an online store yet.
You will always speak to the person doing the work. No account managers relaying messages, no ticket queues. Most of our clients just message us on WhatsApp.
What we believe
- Price before work. You know the number before we start, and it does not change unless the scope does.
- You own everything. The domain is in your name, you get admin access, and nothing is locked to us.
- Support is not an upsell. One year of it is included with every package, not sold separately.
